I had a leftover cough from a respiratory virus that wouldn't go away - it lasted 2 months. My Dr prescribed prescription meds, still had the cough. I started the Spongia and within one day I was better, within 4 days I had no residual at all. I dosed 4 times a day. I would recommend this to anyone who has a lingering cough. Kaiser Permanente has a great listing of what homeopathic remedies work in what situation, I recommend checking your symptoms there.
