HORMEL BLACK LABEL OVEN READY Original Thick Cut Bacon, 9.3 oz Plastic Tray

I have gone through a few brands/types of bacon, some are good, but haven't settled on just one, I purchased this for the snow storm, thought it's a name brand, and make cooking a little easier, inexpensive, why not, I'm still searching for my cut, now mind you your oven may run hot, or not, so follow instructions, but watch and case your oven for the right time, temperature, etc. and get this I only have a convection oven, it was a little tight, but even with that the bacon turned out great, I mean it, its a meaty, slightly thicker piece of bacon, but you will immediately taste the difference. It's the taste I've been looking for, straight bacon, just salty enough, no after or artificial taste', plenty of quality meat, and enough fat to indulge, I will continue to buy this not because of the pre cooking tray setup, but the bacon itself/taste!

I am all about convince without sacrificing price or quality. This bacon has very little grease after cooking so you are left with a full strip of bacon. So easy and no mess you can make on a week day morning for the family. Here is a great hint. Precook slightly then use to wrap around a stuffed jalapeño pepper, a bread stick, a frozen corn dog or a chicken nugget, everything goes with bacon! The best thing just put back on the oven ready tray the bacon came on and finish cooking. Clean up is easy and the taste is great,
