If you suffer from chronic constipation this is the product for you. Consult your doctor first. I take 0.2 of and ounces in my coffee everday. It took some time and patience to figure out how much I should take. I would start with a small dose and increase depending on your results.

My experience with Miralax

I take a dose daily and have not been constipated in over two or three years very calm. My doctor told me that it was safe for any age and I put it in water and stir it till it's dissolved and you can even put it in the fridge for a few minutes. It's definitely better cold, but you could add that to any drink a highly recommend it for anyone that's not regulated
