Waited a while to fill this out as we wanted to try a few of the experiments. I loved these because they were things my step daughter could truly do with minimal help and direction. It was a fun way to get her reading and working on how to follow directions, as well as some fun science mixed in and great discussions followed up by some research of our own! Not much holds attentions for more than 20 minutes at our house, and we've gotten a few hours of fun from this kit. Between dying flowers, making a volcano (volcano is very small in size, we are now being asked if we can get more products to make a larger version!), multiple mixing activities, and a few others, we've played so much! Great purchase for low key, fun activities for kids who just want to do something hands on.
