Must have for electric smoker.

I have used this for over a year now. First time i used it about one hour into cooking it turned off. Turned it back on. Every thing was still set on it. Never has done it again. Very easy to use. Takes the guess work out of cooking. A must have for electric smoker. Set it and forget it. Enjoy it so much i bought one for my cousin. He loves his also.
