Completely unacceptable waste of customer's time.

Ordered this as a new cellphone. Immediately, upon seeing the vendor as a seller of used gear, I contacted customer service and told them, if the product was not new, I would return it. You folks assured me that you would contact the seller and let him know. They sent used piece of trash. Terrible customer service from Walmart. Will not use their online shopping site again.
