The third party group that sold it has already sold all new computers and offered one supposedly that had only been out on display for a week. I agreed when offered 5 years extra warranty and something off for a scratch. When I received it and it was shipped from California to Alabama bubble wrapped in peanuts not even purchase a FedEx computer box. It lasted not even a week and wouldn't boot up. No wonder with the poor quality in wrapping it for shipment. Returning it was a nightmare and I had to purchase a $25 computer box to ship it when they didn't do the same courtesy. I don't think I will ever purchase electronic devices through Walmart online again. Very disappointed in the quality and having to fight to get reimbursed the full price plus service package and warranty. If I had not called Walmart customer service I would have been out $202. Extremely disappointed.
