I am not sure why so many bad reviews, I got so nervous I end up cancelling my order but they shipped it out so it was too late, When I unpackaged my iphone 11 it was very clean no scratches or dents, it was on 31 % when I got it used it some through the night and it stayed on until the next day afternoon. The battery is so good, charges fast if you have a good charger besides one packaged, dies very slow ,I was on 1% for about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this phone. I welcomed it with a case and screen protector today as I have decided lto keep it.
