I have purchased three (3) refurbished Apple Watches (series 4) from Kiss. All three were delivered on time. Two (2) of three (3) seemed to be in perfect condition, but one (1) was in terrible shape…more cracked than scratched. I immediately called and had a replacement in two (2) days. I had to pay $1.50 to print the return label. The initial upgrade probably took an hour . The representative was polite. I would definitely purchase a refurb again and Kiss has earned my trust. Need two (2) more…

Having some trouble with item
It looked okay when I opened the box, a few months after purchase it's not chat going properly, trying to file a claim with all state since I purchased a 2 year warranty and it's confusing the way you have to go through everything to get help with item.
