Do far it's been a good machine. The implementation of Windows 11 has been good, no unexpected crashes or software crashes. We have implmented Libre Office rather than Office 365 and so far this has worked well. Hardware has been good though the construction ìs light weight. Only one item has us concerned which is the power connector. It has changed from previous versions and seems a bit "fragile" in its construction. Only time will tell. We've had good experiences with Acer products in the past and over all its been a thumbs up.

When i bought this, NO WHERE in the description did it say NOTEBOOK. When i opened the box, that was the first thing i saw on a paper inside. So in all fairness, this might be a lovely product, my rating is based on Walmart's misleading description. The description led me to believe it was an Acer Aspire laptop like i already have but want to replace. The differences between laptops and notebooks are enough that i know i don't want a notebook. So i wish i could say "read the description" but sometimes it isn't factual.
