After Cancer I was looking for a gummy vitamin that wouldn't be hard on my stomach and help keep my vitamin levels in check. This gummy is the best. It tastes a little wonky, but it has all the stuff to keep your immune system boosted. I also take extra D3 and iron. But that is just because I am often deficient. Talk with your doctor before deciding on your vitamins.

Best chewable woman's multivitamin with selenium in the vitamin so the vitamins will absorb completely into my body. “They” don't tell you that your vitamins must have selenium in them in order to absorb into your body. I just found this out and I am 43. I didn't see a big difference in my hair thickness.
