I can wear them but the next size up would have been a better fit. I had purchased the Hanes brief before and this size was a better fit at that time. Next time I will purchase the next size up. The brief is easy to care for and a soft breathable fabric. The leg openings have fabric covering the elastic and is double stitched which makes it very comfortable.
