Yes, even the frozen green beans are good. Taste just as great as fresh and I buy them when they're on sale (rollback). I use them in green bean and potato soup, I use these in other family recipes for soup, I use them cooked in their bag for a side, I even eat them as is straight out of the bowl with some seasoning, or just some hot sauce. I prefer veggies anyway, grew up eating them fresh from the garden. I needed something different from canned. Yes, these are good for green bean casserole too. My son can eat these with no issues from having Celiac disease.
