Instructions

Adults and children 12 years and over: fully chew then swallow 2 or 4 chewable tablets as symptoms occur, or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: consult a doctor. Do not take more than 6 chewable tablets in a 24-hour period. If pregnant, do not take more than 6 chewable tablets in 24 hours. Store at room temperature. Avoid humidity. Close cap tightly after use. Each chewable tablet contains: calcium 300 mg, sodium 1 mg. Contains FD&C Yellow No. 5 (tartrazine) as a color additive.

These seem to work better for me than Tums. I found these to be very expensive though. I paid over $9 for these and didn't realize it was the smaller bottle. That was a mistake on my part. They do work though.
