Delicious Chocolate to Melt in Your Mouth!

I decided that I needed to lose weight. I went to a diet clinic at a local medical school with such a program. The doctor running this program talked about giving up treats. She recommended dark chocolate as a dessert and said not to chew it. She said to let it melt in your mouth because you will not eat as much if you let it melt. I break off pieces of this bar, which is readily available. I have lost 53 pounds in the last 15 months. I know it is a "mindset" but I still get to eat chocolate.

This isn't my %231 favorite chocolate, they're my %232 favorite…but my %231 favorite chocolate costs a lot more. I use 2 squares of this per day, just to get that sweet chocolate taste, and they work just fine for that.
