WORKS ON MOSQUITOES

The labeling isn't clear - this doesn't just protect you from ticks, but from mosquitoes and all the other critters that deet repels, too. Unlike DEET, picaridin (the active ingredient in this product) won't degrade your synthetic fabrics - like the materials used in your shoes, backpacks, jackets, and possibly clothing. You can use it on skin and on your gear. Lasts for about 6-8 hours. Dries quickly. I'll never buy a DEET product again, picaridin is just superior in every way. I've been using Repel w/ Picaridin for several years now; no bad effects. Note that I don't walk in tick-infested areas on a regular basis, but I do hike in the wilderness.

Goes on easly and spreads well on cloths and skin . Keeps flees , ticks and chiggers as well as mosquitoes spiders and other unwelcomed pest. Apply in an open area as fumes are heavy and keep out of eyes and dont wipe it off your face into your eyes as it will burn and effect you ( did me ) for a couple days. i apply it every time I go out especially after Not doing it and picking black berries and getting ate up by chiggers. the one time i didn't use it. figures. I Like the stuff.
