Item good, everything else is terrible experience

The hitch came in a cheap plastic bubble wrap held together with packaging tape titled with tears and holes. No surprise it was all scratched up and alot of paint missing, might just as well been rusty too! Instructions were kind of vague. And in the end there was hardware missing!! So all said and done. 2 trips to the hardware store 1 for paint and a 2nd after I put the car back together to go get the missing nuts to tear it all apart again trying not to burn myself on the exhaust. 45 mins, was way longer than that having to paint let dry tear car apart install, put back together get more part's tear car back apart complete job and now pray it doesn't turn to a pile of rust and harm my frame. Now insult to injury, as I write this review it is now $15ish cheaper after it was delivered late
