These pads are good for menses and for everyday panty liners. There really is no time that we don't need them. Please let your 10 yrs old and older daughter use them so that when they have their menses, they are protected at school at the onset of periods.

Always Ultra Thin Overnight is a must! The length is just right for me. I appreciate the thinness to the pad so I don't feel like something is bunched between my legs. These are unscented and that's ok with me. I like my scents on my wrists. lol The absorbency has always seemed to work without leakage. The wings seemed positioned in the right place for maximum protection. The pad has just the right amount of stickiness and not an issue on those not warm nights or hot days. The Always brand can be a little pricy but I'm willing to spend it for this must!

These are my favorite since the first 3 days I have really heavy period, these pads make me feel secure but at the same time I don't want the feeling of a big uncomfortable pad for maximum absorption because I live on a tropical weather.
