I have been taking this for a couple of years now. It really helps me get through menopause. The doctor wanted me to take hormones but I get better results with Happy Camper. And I haven't noticed any side effects. My husband calls them my "don't kill anyone pills", let's me buy a year's supply at a time. I'm known as the "Happy Camper Girl", at the doctors office only see her once a year now.
