This is gentle enough for newborns and good for the whole family, and even for those of us with extra sensitive skin. I used this with my seven year old grand daughter, and will be using it now with my new grand daughter with confidence. This ultra mild baby wash and shampoo is pediatrician tested and pH-balanced to baby skin. It contains over 90 percent ingredients of natural origin, and this sulfate free baby shampoo is gentle enough to cleanse baby's sensitive skin. The Johnson's No More Tears formula makes this baby wash tear-free and as gentle to your baby's eyes as pure water, so no crying and screaming because of soap in their eyes! This Wash and Shampoo contains no harsh fragrances, parabens, phthalates, or dyes and Johnson's does not test on animals. Apply the hypoallergenic baby wash and shampoo with warm water using your hand or a washcloth, gently lather and rinse. It is always good to follow with a gentle massage using Johnson's Head-to-Toe Baby Lotion or Johnson's Baby Bedtime Lotion.

Before I use any lotion or shampoo on my 8 month old Grandson, I prefer to use it on myself to see how it feels. So, I used this tearless baby wash and shampoo and I was delighted with the light clean scent as well as how soft my skin and hair were so I knew it would be absolutely wonderful for my grandsons hair and skin. Plus no tears! How great it is to have an all in one product that actually works. :) The shampoo is hypoallergenic and tested with Pediatricians, mild as pure water in the eyes and the scent delightful to the nose but better on babies..LOL I totally recommend this product to all mothers/fathers with babies. You will love it! My Grandson loves the water and playing with the bubbles, no crying when it is in his eyes.
