horsetail supplement for hair and nail support.
I love this Horsetail Grass supplement! The bottle is standard, secure, and easy to open. The capsules have a mild, natural herbal scent, but no taste, which is a big plus for me. I really feel the difference in my nails and hair after consistent use; my nails are stronger and less prone to cracking. The ingredients are pure and vegan, with no nasty fillers, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this for anyone needing hair and nail support!

Horsetail may play a role in promoting bone formation, decreasing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, and promoting hair growth, but more research in humans is needed. There is no recommended dose for horsetail, although evidence suggests that taking more than 900 milligrams (mg) per day may not be safe.
