Chrome showerhose on Brushed nickel model

We bought this shower for a bathroom reform project. However the shower hose that comes with the set, is Chrome in stead of Brushed Nickel. This is not a shipping issue, as close inspection of the picture on the box reveals that this is apparently per design... The odd thing is that the end caps are the right color, just hose is not, which just looks (and probably is) cheap (see attached pictures). Specially under certain light conditions, the brushed nickel appears dark, and the chrome reflects brightly. When looking at other shower hoses, and they state they are Brushed Nickel (for example https://www.moen.com/products/Moen/Moen_Brushed_nickel_handheld_shower_hose/CL155748BN) they are completely delivered in that color, not just the end caps. As it is already installed, we can't return it. I can't believe that Moen, who according to their words, "set the standard for exceptional beauty and reliable, innovative design" would deliver such a mismatch. As second observation, the angle of the shower head is just not as easy to adjust (downwards), as the handle of the hand shower gets in the way. Disappointed.

Waste of money!

For the money I paid I was expecting something of high quality. However the shower and tub spout are plastic and the shower head showerball's plastic retaining clip broke before I could even use the showerhead. Also the diverted on the spout leaks when you put the shower on. I am very disappointed with this and recommend something else. The only reason it doesn't get 1 star is the valve body and stem seem like they are well made and appear that they will last a long time.

No water pressure

We just had our new tub and shower faucet combo installed. We had to buy a new because the old one wore out and began leaking. We installed the Brecklyn model. It's fine if you only want to get wet. There is not enough water pressure to rinse the soap from your body or shampoo from your hair. I am so upset by this situation
