I received the ground cloves from McCormick and they are premium ! Once you open the bottle, it smells heavenly, like fall, and pumpkin spice and warm cloves. I used the ground cloves in my coffee as it is know to have good heath benefits, plus it added amazing flavor to my coffee. I am also making some banana bread, and I will be adding the spice to the bread. The cloves are a very soft power form of spice and easily incorporate into anything you need. Does not stay grainy at all.
