Warnings: Methemoglobinemia warning: Use of this product may cause methemoglobinemia, a serious condition that must be treated promptly because it reduces the amount of oxygen carried in blood. This can occur even if you have used this product before. Stop use and seek immediate medical attention if you or a child in your care develops:: pale, gray, or blue colored skin (cyanosis); headache; rapid heart rate; shortness of breath; dizziness or lightheadness; fatigue or lack of energy. Allergy alert: do not use this product if you have a history of allergy to local anesthetics such as procaine, butacaine, benzocaine or other caine anesthetics. Do not use:: for teething; in children under 2 years of age. When using this product: do not use for more than 7 days unless directed by a dentist or doctor; do not exceed recommended dosage. Stop use and ask a dentist or doctor if: sore mouth symptoms do not improve in 7 days; swelling, rash, or fever develops; irritation, pain, or redness persists or worsens. Keep out of reach of children. If more than used for pain is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Use only if blister package is intact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband had a painful toothache and I had a canker sore. We tried this out and we both got instant relief. The other stuff my husband tried for his tooth pain didn't help. This stuff made a big difference he said and he was able to take care of his tooth pain until his dentist appointment. It made my canker sore feel better too. I highly recommend if you have oral pain!

Saved my life!!

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually have toothache. This instant pain relief gives me instantly. This is helping me a lot without going to dentist every time. I like how it helps with many times. Canker sores is my another problem and this helps with this as well. I recommend this to everyone.
