Replacement Hose Kit for Pivotal kitchen faucet
The hose on our Pivotal fixture shredded after 2 years of use so I called Delta Customer Service to inquire about a replacement part. I was connected with a human very quickly which was a very pleasant surprise. The rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable, patient, courteous and took care of me on the spot. 2 days later I had the part and installed it without any fuss. All in all a very good experience.
