Reliance Products 5 gal Portable Toilet

Have used this portable toilet a couple times now. Contains smell very well when closed and very easy to empty. The plunger makes it much easier to control the water speed and volume when flushing. After using the accordion pump style flush in the past and now the plunger style flush, I'll never purchase the accordion style. I highly recommend this portable toilet for anyone looking to get one for camping, off-roading, or emergencies. I'm impressed with the size and heavyweight plastic used for this portable toilet.

This toilet is a game changer. Before I bought this the major draw back for me about camping was to have to dig a hole or to wander in the dark to go to the toilet at night. This toilet is comfortable, does not smell bad and is easy to use. I keep it in my Sheridan tent for privacy and night use and there is no issue with smell. Most recently, we went camping with five of us. We were able to use the toilet for 3 whole days without emptying. We found an RV dump at a forest service campground for easy clean out. The only draw back is if you have to empty the toilet at your house it will smell so open the windows. It works much better to use an RV dump. I also use holding tank sanitizer, which helps with the smell when you dump the contents.
