These work excellent for a diabetic low. I cannot understand why Walmart will not keep more on hand. When I go to buy them at the store there is usually plenty between the 2 stores I check every week. I do not know why you only can order 12 of a certain kind? If I am willing to pay for 50 or more I would love to order them like that instead of traveling to 2 different stores. You should consider doing that!!!

My husband is a brittle diabetic and these are a life saver for him. He has a CGM so when it goes off and it is low he reaches for one of these. They work great, taste good (I guess) and are convenient for him. I have been buying them for him for about 5 years now. I have 2 complaints. They are often not in stock which is hard if that is something that someone relies on. Also they are hard to open. We are 70 and 77 and not so strong anymore. He struggles to snap the cap. Whenever he gets a new order he goes ahead a partially opens all. Wish they were easier to open so if he needs them in a hurry they are available.

Love the size you can always stick it in your purse or whatever traveling bag, etc. The only thing is that cat is hard to open if you're sugar is going down, it is hard to open. You have to work with that cap and work with it but other than that, it's good. Good price it works. But like I said that cat is hard to open when your sugar is going down, you need something very fast very very fast.
