Dogs should be maintained in ideal body condition and not allowed to become overweight. The food intake required to maintain ideal body condition will vary, depending on age, activity and environment. Consequently, the amount of food required for each dog will vary and should be adjusted accordingly. When feeding with an ALPO canned product, refer to the feeding instructions on the canned product for the proper mixing amounts. FEEDING TIP: When switching your dog to ALPO Come & Get It! from another dog food, please allow 7 - 10 days for the transition. Each day feed more ALPO Come & Get It! and less of the previous food, until you’re feeding ALPO Come & Get It! exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily. For your pet’s health, see your veterinarian regularly.

Best dog food so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog, Bruno, absolutely devoured Purina ALPO's Cookout Classics! The kibble smells fantastic, like a real cookout, and Bruno couldn't get enough. I love that it's formulated for adult dogs, ensuring he gets the nutrients he needs. The variety of flavors kept him interested, and his digestion was great. A definite winner in our book—or should I say, bowl! Highly recommend for picky eaters or any dog who enjoys a tasty, balanced meal.
