Excellent!
I didn't think that it would make much difference to my day to day but I have really noticed my energy levels are higher and I have more capacity for things that normally tire me out which is a huge benefit. It's easy to take, you don't taste it due to being in capsule form. It's great quality and comes highly recommended and I highly agree!
