We’re sorry you received a damaged product. You’ll probably need to return it, but you can call Toter customer service to see if the just the latch can be replaced, at (800) 424-0422 (select option “2” for retail customers). Toter Bear Tough carts are covered by a 3-year warranty. All steel components, including the latches, are covered by a 90-day warranty.
