Excellant product

Be aware the HOT-100 dose not compare with the FGN1100. The HOT-100 has a push button to activator operation The FGN-1100 has a lever to activate . Anyone with Arthritic hands should buy the FGN-1100 for ease of operation. excellent product I would recommend to anyone. Also the customer service folks are the best.

long time owner

I have owned and used everyday (that I was home) for over 30 years.. Although I had to replace a heater once and a faucet once (I think the plumber just didn't want to be bothered with making a small profit by repairing the existing. I have no complaints with the product. I unfortunately cannot without prohibitive cost and physical problems in my new abode.

Happy Spouse = Happy Me

Our first one lasted far beyond the warranty so there was no hesitation to replace it. The replacement of the faucet was pretty simple for me as I had installed the first one. Follow the instructions and advice included in the box and you should be good for several years.
