The reason I bought this brand was because good housekeeping said it was a good air conditioner so far I've only had it in for a few days but it's very very quiet that keeps the room real cool so right now I'm satisfied with it And it also has a washable filter which I like that

I have purchased my share of window units. This one is, by far, the best one …..ever! You have to walk up to it to know it is running. No joke. It is exceptionally quiet. I am waiting to see how efficient it is regarding electricity but so far it looks to be good.

it was a little heavy but i got it installed in my window in about 30 minutes. its super quiet on full blast. i live in a little shotgun apartment and the cold airi made it to the middle room in short order. I'll probably get a floor fan to move the cool air into the back room when it gets hot. this was a very good purchase
