I have only used these for a month. So far they are holding up well. They were a little confusing to install, but we got them up. I wish the material felt stronger. It's a bit thin like paper, but it does seem to block the bright sun from shining in the window.

Excellent quality and easy to install. They do a great job keeping out the heat on the hottest days. They also make the room very dark so I only used them on days when it is predicted to go above 83 degrees F. They sure keep the temperature of our bedroom far more comfortable than before we installed them, especially when I pull down the shades first thing in the morning and before the bedroom has time to heat up. I definitely recommend these shades for keeping a bedroom at a comfortable temperature as well as for keeping a room nice and dark!! Note: Make sure you follow the instructions for measuring your windows to ensure you order the optimal size!

Great quality, ease of installation

These blackout cellular shades were very easy to install, I had both windows finished in about 10 minutes. I am used to doing many remodeling projects, but you don't have to have any experience with the very clear instructions included. I like them but I think I would have ordered a shade lighter, being blackout curtains they seem pretty dark. I am getting light beige valances to lighten it up a little….Great quality and I highly recommend them.
