Amazing 2 in 1 machine!

I've had this model for just over 2 years now and can't be more happy with it! The one I have has the 1T M.2 SSD. From entertainment to gaming. Productivity to just browsing, this laptop is great for everything! A real "Jack of all Trades"! The 1060 GPU is still very respectable for gaming in 2020 or 2021. The U processor will start to show its age if you're doing heavy 4k video editing. It still gets the job done, just a minute or so off the newer non U proccessors. I personally enjoy the tablet feature! It's nice to have a 15 inch tablet that can entertain me and let me be productive at the same time! And yeah, I like showing it off too! :)

blue screener

I bought my laptop in december. post the first day, i have been in constant contact with the help desk over issue over issue. The latest fad to all of this is the constant, non stopping, ill timed blue screens i get. im literally fighting microsoft for almost two weeks now to get this fix and evertime, i get the most callous, uncaring tech service anyone could find. the product fails, the tech help fails and i have no doubt the any other option for this company would be a f. thanks for listenting.
