LG XBOOM Go Portable Bluetooth Speaker with LED Lighting, Black, PN5M

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really happy to get the LG XBoom Portable Go Speaker because our family likes to get together outside on our deck and we didn't have a music source out there. Well. We do NOW! And not just outside but inside, too. I have been carrying around this speaker as I decorate my house for Christmas just pumping out the Christmas songs. The speaker was packaged really well and I didn't even need to read the instructions as to how to pair it to my phone via Bluetooth. Very easy. It's light, it's a great size, the sound is amazing and the lights on it (that come in three different modes) are fun. You can also turn the lights off if lights that pulse to the music aren't your thing. I am not an audio guru so I don't care that this is a basic speaker in that you can't adjust the bass or the treble or whatever it is they adjust for the perfect sound. It has a power button, the Bluetooth light, volume buttons, forward button and sound boost button. I use the sound boost because it makes the sound richer. Turning the volume up all the way does not distort the sound. The only criticism I have is about the design but it's my own problem. It looks like there is a handle on it but it's actually what it rests on. So I am constantly forgetting that and trying to carry it by the handle that isn't actually the handle and setting it down on its top. It's my own idiocy. I love this LGXBoom Go Portable Speaker and recommend it highly to everyone. Would make a great Christmas present! I received this product for a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.
