very frustrated
the black grip on handle has an inner steel sleeve to spin on. directions clearly say torque to 20-25 foot pounds. the steel sleeve collapsed well before torque specs. filed online warranty claim but would not accept pics. called to file claim, 1 hour on hold. when they did answer, they said they were out of stock for that part.
