OVERVIEW
The AMP Mud Terrain Attack M/T A is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.
The model guarantees excellent mud terrain performance. The symmetric tread design’s different elements work together to boost the soft and loose terrain surface grip. The large, staggered tread blocks, the high void ratio and the A-style upper sidewall pattern maintain a firm grip on different off-road terrain surfaces. The sidewall and shoulder pattern increase the number of biting edges to ensure the tire’s forward motion in deep mud and loose dirt. The tread blocks, wide grooves and open shoulder design keep a clean footprint by eliminating mud and ejecting rocks from between the tread elements. This keeps the tire’s road contact at all times and actively resists stone retention from harming the casing. The better off-road traction and damage resistance promote a safer driving experience.
The tread design and the all season tire compound increase the all weather traction. The tread design with the siping pattern, the large tread elements and high void ratio improve the dry, wet and winter weather traction. The compound keeps the tire’s rubber flexibility throughout the year, including in colder temperatures. The tread’s self-cleaning nature cleans out snow stuck in the grooves to ensure the tire’s constant terrain contact. The tread blocks feature an optimal siping detail that provides additional biting edges in varying conditions. The tire was marked with the three mountain peak and snowflake symbol for its excellent winter weather performance.
The intended purpose of Mud Terrain tire types is off-road use. They are not designed for regular highway driving.
