Sold a bad phone

I purchased this phone last month. At best it worked for 10 days before it started losing its charge rapidly. Of course my child waited to tell me until it was so bad i charged it full and it drained within 30 minutes of using it for a couple texts. Then it stopped powering up all together. I have emailed with no reply. This is absolutly the worst customer service
