Great 65" 4K TV
TV is great, the first one shipped had a damaged screen so we did a return, Walmart then raised the price $50.00 for the exact same model and another$5.00 for the extended warranty. The 4K tv has a beautiful picture and easy set up, who ever designed the remote had a really bad day, it works but has a lot to be desired and is way too small.

Bright Beautiful Picture!
As much as I love Samsung products, I wished you still made remotes that were more senior friendly. There are no numbers on the remote to see for channels. My mom has mild dementia and this remote has become confusing for her. She can't just put in 13 to get her favorite channel. When the tv get accidently turned off, she leaves it off for hours because she gets confused with the screen choices. As much as we all love the newer technology it would help if we could still have some of the basic things too! The TV has bright, vivid beautiful colors and really appreciate the closed caption for her because of her hearing loss. I would appreciate any suggestions you might have to make this a more enjoyable experience for my 92 yr. old mom. A lot of elderly spend the majority of their day watching TV, they should have remotes that they can use and understand!!

Cracked Samsung TV No Refund or Exchange
I would give the review a zero but you can't. I didn't open the tv when I first received it in November (bought during Christmas sale) because it was for a wedding gift. It was opened today 4/25/24 and the screen was all cracked and you could see the colors running down. Very disappointed. No refund or exchange from Walgreens or Samsung even with a year warranty.
