Good product

Fairly easy to install, even for a novice, but you do need to be comfortable with tools and crawling under your car (unless you are lucky to have access to a lift!) Product is as shown/explained on the website. Comes with simple step by step instruction. Only downside so far was the way it was packed by Curt (it was in a CURT mfg box with a Walmart.Com "bumper-sticker" label))... the hitch was in a large box with no packing material, so the hitch moved around in the box. No damage to the hitch, but the box did have several holes. Otherwise easy to order, delivered fast, and quick install.
