Registering the handsets.
The handsets could not be registered to the base even though the website said it would.. I have asked for an address to return them, but have not received it.

Hi Judith! We are sorry you are experiencing issues with our phone system and the registration process. We recommend following the specific steps for your phone model to have the handset registered. First, press on the LOCATOR button on the main base unit for 5 seconds. Then, choose the "Register your Handset" and press OK, then choose "Press locator Key for 5 sec" and press OK and then enter the 4 digit pin code (by default it is set to 0000) and press OK. If you wish to return the unit, we recommend doing so through our official return portal. We hope this information will be useful!
