Hitch fit perfectly on a 07 Toy. Rav4 ,had required hardware too. Called D-T twice with questions-their customer service was outstanding! HINT:use a jack or get a helper and you do not have to take off muffler bracket though helpful. Had to use oil on bolts..frame threads a bit rusty. Shipping a different story..7-inch long gash to bare metal on the hitch..sprayed several coats of paint before installing. One missed arrival time.

Amazing packaging. The product was completely contained within the shipping box. Nice and solid. All parts included. All I needed to get was a ratchet, and a torque wrench. You'll also need some soapy water spray and a screw driver for the exhaust rubber hanger. Installation took about an hour.
