American Standard Berwick Monoblock Single Hole Single Handle Low-Arc Bathroom Faucet with Speed Connect Drain in Brushed Nickel

I purchased and installed three Berwick Faucets after having new granite vanity tops installed. Faucet installation is really straightforward and easy. The method it uses to mount requires only a 9/16" open end wrench, which also fits the included and attached water lines. The attached water lines are a big help although they would seem to be quite a bit longer than necessary. Connecting the lift-to-close drain is very easy as well. Overall, the installation was easy. A few things I did run into: Mounting the drain is different than other drains I've installed. Instead of using plumbers putty, the drain is sealed with a foam washer on top and a thick rubber washer underneath. The instructions say to "tighten firmly". I was afraid to over tighten and had a leak, so I had to re-tighten. I probably would use plumbers putty if I had to do it again. Also, the faucet came with a unique aerator; instead of a "foamy stream", it was a spray, like a small shower head. While cool looking, the flow rate was only 0.5 gallons per minute which was not enough to trigger the flow detector on my tankless water heater which required 0.6 gpm. I then purchased American Standard 1.0 gpm aerators (15/16" - M922991-0021A) and they triggered the flow of hot water, but even at 1.0 gpm it took a long time to get hot water to the faucet. I ended up buying 2 gpm American Standard aerators (15/16" A922869-0020A) and they have a really good flow. My thinking is, if you want to save water, turn down the flow. The documentation led me to believe that the flow was 1.2 gpm, default. So, not really too happy about having to purchase the additional aerators, but everything is OK now. You'll also need a good sized pair of Channel Lock pliers for the nut on the drain.
