Reed's Crystallized Ginger is custom made for us in the South Pacific Islands. The process is an ancient one that hasn't changed much through time. After harvesting baby ginger, (the most tender kind), the root is diced and then steeped in large vats filled with simmering raw cane syrup. After steeping for several days, the ginger is removed and allowed to crystallize into delicious nuggets. Nothing else is added. Life saver
This ginger snack is a life saver. Purchased for my friend going through Chemo and she keeps it at her bed side and has been amazing to keep her stomach settled. Its very few ingredients and a nice strong ginger taste the size is perfect for a quick nibble and 10 out of 10 I do recommend. They can put less sugar on it but the quick fix is to dust most of the sugar granules off.

Absolutely Love Them!
When I lived in the US, I used to drink Reed's ginger ale a lot especially when I had hangovers. It cleared my headache & queasy stomach. How I miss it! Was so happy to find their candy on i-herb. Love the gummy texture, tangy & strong taste of real ginger. I eat them as a sweet snack, dessert, or when I have a stomachache (only 2 cubes), which was recommended by another i-herb reviewer. It settles my stomach nicely. If you are a fan of ginger, I highly recommend this product.

Best Candy for Cold Days
I love ginger in general and crystallized ginger is one of my favorite desserts. It's not too sweet, but spicy and refreshing. Especially great during cold winter days with a hot tea. The package looks small, but has a lot of ginger inside. Since this particular ginger is baby ginger is more tender in terms of texture which is a great plus as well.
