This was a nearly identical replacement for my old Nutone Blower/wheel assembly for my 30 year old fan/light ( the kind with the heavy square glass and spring style retainers). As noted several times here already, I had to make a minor adjustment by elongating the electrical receptacle opening. A 3/16" elongation was made with tin snips, taking no more than 30 seconds. Outstanding product and value.
