My favorite boot

Solid boot great for long hikes in Texas and taken to Peru and Germany. Still got hit by security at checks.

boot/laces

good: I like the light weight boot. I'm on my feet walking miles on concrete [indoors] for 9-12 hrs a day. Love the light weight aspect. When I need to work long hours on a ladder, I'll wear my heavy steel shank boot. Bad: laces suck. TOOOO thin. just bought thicker replacements 45" long. Much better than the 72" angel hair pasta original laces. originals are too thin, difficult to tie with large hands. Plus, even double knots slip apart and the boot loosens up on my feet. PLEASE fix the lace issue! Fix the laces, and I'll rate 5 stars.
