Works well but tines on 2nd shelf are a puzzle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rack configuration has me confused. it is so unlike my old Dishwasher. I tried reconfiguring the offset times on the middle shelf of the dishwasher so they were straight across from each other but they were then too close together to make saucers stay upright. I even went back to the store to look at the display model to see if maybe mine was defective. It wasn't and the sales guy agreed and didn't know why the tines were not across from each other. I reveiwed the manual again and then notice they were using it for drinking glasses which seemed unsteady when I tried it that way.

So quiet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had these new appliances for about a month. I really like the matte black finish. Love how much quieter this dishwasher is compared to my last one. The only downside is the racks do not seem to roll as smoothly as I feel they should? I don't know if that could be an installation issue though? Very happy besides that.
