Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 20 mL in dosing cup provided every 4 hours. Children under 12 years of age: do not use. Nightshift: Do not take more than directed (see overdose warning). Do not take more than 4 doses in any 24-hour period. Measure only with dosing cup provided. Do not use dosing cup with other products. Dose as follows or as directed by a doctor. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 20 mL in dosing cup provided every 4 hours. Children under 12 years of age: do not use. Store at 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Do not refrigerate.

Stop use and ask a doctor if nervousness, dizziness, or sleeplessness occur; pain, nasal congestion, or cough gets worse or lasts more than 7 days; fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days; redness or swelling is present; new symptoms occur; cough comes back, or occurs with fever, rash, or headache that lasts. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use.

Mucinex DM has been awesome for my cough. My Dr thinks it may be allergies and recommended a nose spray with steroids. I have post nasal drip that causes a non stop cough. The nose spray does not help. Zyrtec and Claritin did not help either.
