I love this equipment !!!
I really needed this , I do go to the gym very often .I do work long hours .At time i come home late or have to do chores .By having this In my house will help me reach my goals faster .it can hold up to 250 lbs The set up was way to follow it has a videos on the Walmart site .No need to stress about the assembly .Its not huge ,it doesn't really takes that much space .I love this equipment ,but it doesn't come with weight these are sold separately
