The foam exhibits slight to moderate expansion during application and cures with moisture to form a flexible, closed-cell urethane foam. With an R factor of 5 per inch of cured foam, it efficiently stops air and moisture infiltration, helping to prevent energy loss between windows and rough frames. This window sealant foam will not warp or deform windows and doors and adheres to a wide range of building materials, including wood, concrete, and drywall. It is also compatible with asphalt and butyl flexible flashing. The product complies with all Federal and State VOC regulations and is intended for use with an applicator tool.
